Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
This giveaway is promoted by Kiwiana Financial Services Limited (“Kiwiana Financial Services”, “we”, “us” or “the Promoter”).
2. Entry Period
Entries close at 11:59 pm NZST on 25 September 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older.
Employees and immediate family members of Kiwiana Financial Services, and anyone directly associated with the giveaway, are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter, complete the competition form on the Kiwiana Financial Services website with accurate contact information.
No purchase is required. Only one entry per person is permitted.
5. Tickets
Seven individual tickets to Sonu Nigam Live at Spark Arena on 2 October 2026 are available:
- Four tickets valued at $250 each
- Three tickets valued at $138 each
The total prize pool is valued at $1,414.
Tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. Travel, accommodation and all other expenses are the winners’ responsibility.
6. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries after the competition closes.
Each winner will receive one ticket and will be contacted using the email address or mobile number supplied. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their ticket within two days, another winner may be drawn.
The Promoter’s decision is final.
7. Personal Information
Personal information will be used to administer the giveaway and contact the winners.
Entrants who separately request a financial consultation or consent to marketing communications may also be contacted by Kiwiana Financial Services for those purposes. Entrants can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

8. General
The Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway if circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
The giveaway is governed by New Zealand law.
